    Pack Walks

    1. Doggies are brought out in groups of 8 2. You'll be grouped according to size and personality 3. Long Walks (>2 Km lasting 25- 30 min) 4. Short Walks (< 800m 10 min) 5. You will take walks that are dependent on your age and physical status 6. Fit, energetic dogs will be brought out for multiple walks (max 3)
  • 9:30 am to 11 am

    Outdoor Socialization

    1. This will take place on a 5000 sq ft concrete social where you'll get to socialize – with our human chaperones of course! 2. Love frisbees or balls? Of course! We're dogs! Learn to play and socialize with your fellow residents here.
  • 10 am to 12 pm

    Swim

    1. 15 of you (grouped by personality) will be led into the swimming area for a 20 min session. 2. 2 pools, 1 deep, 1 lap pool 3. Not a salty sea dog? Don't worry, we have life jackets for you! 4. There'll always be a lifeguard, and another human in the pool to assist you. 5. Enjoy a luxurious blow-dry after your shower.Ahh... bliss.

    You'll be taught patience and learn to wait your turn, as the activities will be conducted simultaneously

    After all the fun, it's lunch time. Does the pleasure never end?

  • 4pm onwards

    Indoor Socialization

    1. You'll be led into a cool air conditioned space for more socialising. 2. Watchful trainers are always on the look out for naughty behaviour to be corrected.. so behave! 3. You'll then get to play together until the final round of physical check.

    After your final check, you'll be readied for transport home to your humans.

**Check-outs after 9.30am will be charged for an additional day care fee.

  • 1. What are the benefits of pet day care?

    Many! Dogs are pack creatures with an instinctive desire to interact with humans and other dogs. That's why our service encourages interaction between dogs the socialization they crave. This, along with daily exercise, enhances their overall quality of life and also help improve their behaviour.

  • 2. How do I know if my dog is ready for pet day care at Sunny Heights?

    Not all dogs are suitable for pet day care. That's why we have a thorough screening process comprising of an evaluation test that will help make the best decision for both your pet, and you.

  • 3. What is an evaluation test?

    An evaluation test is a series of experiments done by the handler to determine the characteristics of your dog. All dogs will go through this test before being accepted into our Daycare. This helps us to uphold the safety of other dogs as well as yours.

  • 4. How do I make an appointment for my dog to be evaluated?

    Our evaluation test is conducted daily from 2pm to 3pm. Evaluations are strictly by appointment only. Please call us to schedule a time for you and your dog.

  • 5. Are there vaccination requirements prior to arriving at pet day care?

    Yes, we require all pets in our care to be fully vaccinated! For dogs, please provide proof of latest annual vaccinations documents including Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) and ensure that your pet is protected against ticks and fleas.

  • 6. What do I do if my pet is on medication?

    No one's skipping medication on our watch! Just provide the medications in their original packaging and we will administer them as directed. Please be advised that we are not able to give any injections or administer intravenous medications.

  • 7. What if my dog gets hurt whilst at pet day care?

    We take great care with our admission screening processes and have trained, dedicated staff to supervise all group play closely. Unfortunately, accidents do occur. As dogs use their mouths and paws in play while running around with each other, this can sometimes cause scratches.

    You'll be notified of any such occurrence. Our handlers are also trained in first-aid. If the injury is too serious, we will send your pet to the vet for professional advice.

  • 8. What should I bring when my pet attends pet day care at Sunny Heights?

    For Day Care, you can provide your own lunch for your pet or treats for the duration of their stay. We advise against toys as it might cause a fight to happen.

  • 9. How large are your playgroups?

    Our attendance varies from 30 dogs during our off-peak season to as many as 80 dogs during our peak seasons. Peak seasons include Public Holidays, School Holidays, Long Weekends, Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year.

  • 10. That's alot of dogs! How do you cope?

    Our handlers are trained professionals who have been learning about and working with dogs for a long time!

  • 11. Do I need to make reservations for pet day care?

    Yes, reservations are required for pet daycare, with weekends, public holidays and festive season being the most popular. As such, we advise that your humans book your visit in advance.   • 12. What is your cancellation policy for reservations?

    For pet day care, any cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before check-in date. Cancellation of transport arrangements must be made at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled pick up.

  • 13. What time should I bring my dog in for Daycare?

    Pack walks start at 8am. The last pack that goes out for their walk will be at 9:30am.
    Swimming Starts from 9:30am to 11:30am.

    You can bring your dog in before 9 if you do not want to miss out on any activities for your Furkid!
